Anonymous UID

We create an anonymous label in the format mefico.anonym#N to preserve chat continuity.

IP Address

IP addresses are processed only for spam prevention, abuse detection, and security. They are deleted within 30 days.

User Agent

Browser and device metadata may be stored in a limited form to diagnose technical issues.

Chat Messages

Messages you send are retained so we can respond and maintain support history.

Optional Contact Details

Name, email address, or phone number is processed only if you choose to share it.

How We Use Data

• To maintain support continuity with an anonymous UID

Data Retention

• Inactive UID records with no messages are soft-deleted after 30 days.
• Those records are permanently deleted after 90 days.
• Chat messages can be removed upon user request.

Contact and Deletion Requests
